Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

United States: Free shipping on orders over $89.99
Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States only.

All other U.S. and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing and destination.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

International Orders & Customs

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in your order total.
These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address or reroute the package.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
